It&amp;rsquo;s a balancing act. If your heat profile is off, your whole day gets a lot harder.&#xA;That&amp;rsquo;s why we built our replacement lamps for the Blomax 4 to be total &amp;ldquo;plug-and-play.&amp;rdquo; No messing around with your oven reflectors. No rewiring your controllers. You just swap them in and get back to work.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The struggle with heat signatures&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Here&amp;rsquo;s the thing about PET blowing: it&amp;rsquo;s picky. If your lamp length or wattage is off by even a tiny bit, you&amp;rsquo;re going to see thin spots in the bottle walls or, worse, unblown resin. It&amp;rsquo;s frustrating.&#xA;We spec these lamps to match the original OEM voltage and wattage exactly. Why? Because we want that infrared wavelength to hit the preform exactly how it&amp;rsquo;s supposed to. You shouldn&amp;rsquo;t have to spend three hours tweaking machine settings just to get a stable blow. We use standardized connectors so these slide right in.&#xA;We also locked in the physical dimensions. Those hot spots burn the preform, and suddenly you&amp;rsquo;re dealing with scrap. High-wattage infrared lamps pull a lot of power and they put out a ton of waste heat.&#xA;Keep your oven cooling fans clean. Seriously. If your airflow is choked, the housing will overheat.
